The Small Print
Ordering
It couldn’t be easier ordering from Understand. Simply shop in the store and add any product you want to the cart. When you are finished then proceed to check out and pay through paypal using the guest check out. Should you have any enquiries or queries then dont hesitate to contact us.
Payment
We can accept the following payment methods
1. Payment via Paypal – caroline@understandclothing.com
2. Bank Transfer – Just simply click on the “Checkout” button and then you’ll get redirected to a page where you can find the Total Amount you owe us including shipping. Note down your order (don’t forget the size!) + the amount and e-mail it to caroline@understandclothing.com. Shortly after you’ll receive a reply from us including all payment information.
Please note that no orders will be dispatched until payment has been received.

Dispatch / Shipping / Delivery
If the items ordered are in stock they will be dispatched the same day if order placed by 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next day (providing payment has been received). If the items are out of stock then an approximate delivery date will be given (rarely over two weeks).
Free delivery on all items, using royal mail 1st class recorded delivery.
For orders outside the UK and Ireland please enquire about delivery charges.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your items, returns can be accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please note that each item is checked before dispatch and Understand does not accept returns if they have been damaged, soiled or have clearly been worn. A replacement item will be sent or where necessary a refund will be issued once the item has been examined.
Please keep proof of posting if you return an item as Understand cannot be held responsible for items that going missing in the post.

Privacy
Understand will not pass on any information received to a third party but we will occassionally email offers, sales, new ranges, etc.
